Gardens give us an example of what it means to be alive. We can watch every version of life- digging, planting, nurturing, come-backs, flourishing, pruning, and even death. My hope for you, as you step into this Garden, is to find a place where all versions of you and your life can come to rest, recover and be revived. I believe healing and freedom are possible and am honored to walk with people to find their way to relief. We know trauma can rob us of safety and trust. Together, we will work to rebuild a sense of trust and create a safe place for you to unpack hard things. I practice from an eclectic approach which allows me to pull from different therapeutic theories and modalities to best serve clients. My work centers around creating a non-judgemental place to heal and empower you to implement skills and tools in your own story. Through our work together, I will integrate different modalities to help build skills, address mental health symptoms, identify and process trauma, and create sustainable, new and healthy patterns. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and am interested in a collaborative partnership as we establish therapy goals.
